Don is a Nationally recognized speaker at professional investigation conferences on: Use-of-Force, Firearms, Firearms Training, Force-on-Force Training Accidents, Air Soft Training Accidents, Negligent Security and Security Operations cases throughout the United State and have been deposed and/or testified, including subject matter expert testimony in New York, Florida and Illinois State courts and a 3 time published author: “Get Off The X” (2017), “Fighting Handgun” (2019) & “Force-on-Force” (2022).

SCHEDULED: 2025 Rangemaster Annual Conference (Tac-Con) in Dallas, TX - Force-on-Force Training: This presentation will be on the history and benefits of Force-on-Force training as well as actual case history as a Subject Matter Expert on the causation of catastrophic Force-on-Force training injuries.
